Elina Paraskevopoulou is a Supreme – Court lawyer, admitted in the Athens Bar Association since 2004, advising Greek and International entrepreneurs and legal entities in planning and structuring their business transactions.
Her specialization is in Commercial and residential Real Estate, Inheritance Law, Civil Law and Litigation, and Corporate and Commercial Law.
She has an extensive experience in real estate, advising local and international clients, on residential and commercial transactions, ranging from small apartments to large hotel complexes. Her law office’s experience on real estate is spreading for over 50years of legal advice in the Greek market.
She is a graduate of Athens University Law School and holds an LLM (Master of Laws) in European and International Business Law from the Ludwig – Maximilians University of Munich (LLM.Eur).
She is the Greek representative and a board member of GaLEXy International Association of Lawyers. She is also a member of the American Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and works closely with its Innovation Entrepreneurship and Education Committee. Through her professional work and also on a pro bono capacity as a guest speaker on several occasions and venues, she has been working with start uppers and entrepreneurs.
