Jolanda Vreugdenhil has been working as a lawyer since 2008. During her studies – which she followed in the evenings at the University of Groningen – she worked as a legal secretary, bankruptcy assistant and legal assistant. Because she knows all aspects of the profession well, she can work quickly and adequately. Jolanda is the legal point of contact for entrepreneurs; involved, down-to-earth and ‘to the point’. She prefers to steer towards practical solutions. If there is no suitable solution by mutual agreement, she is also happy to litigate. Everything to facilitate the entrepreneur and to give him the space to do his business.

Curator

The District Court of Overijssel regularly appoints Jolanda as bankruptcy trustee and she has specialised in the new WHOA legislation. Her knowledge of insolvency law helps her to properly advise entrepreneurs outside of bankruptcy. Whether it’s about restructuring, a relaunch or about obtaining securities to prevent such situations from arising in the first place, Jolanda is happy to help.

Vechtdal

Jolanda lives and works in Vechtdal and is the driving force behind the TLC Advocaten branch in North-East Overijssel. From the Hardenberg location (www.tlcadvocatenhardenberg.nl), Jolanda is close to the entrepreneurs in the districts of Balkbrug, Dalfsen, Dedemsvaart, Hardenberg and Ommen.
