In March 2024, Pip Bersee started working at TLC Advocaten in Enschede. In July 2024, Pip obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Utrecht University. To complete this, she wrote a thesis on the in pari delicto doctrine within the wrongful act.

Pip currently works as a practice support officer mainly within the bankruptcy and personal injury practice, but she also provides support within other legal areas. In addition to her work at TLC Advocaten, she is also following the Master Private Law (with a specialisation in liability law) also at Utrecht University.
