Sheilah graduated from the University of Wales, College of Cardiff with a 1st Class BA Hons degree before qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive, specialising in Employment Law, in 2011.
Sheilah joined Prettys in 2016 from a large commercial firm with offices in Cambridge, London and Singapore. Sheilah works also in cases as an Of Counsel for TLC Lawyers, Enschede The Netherlands.
Sheilah works for employee and employer clients across a variety of industries bus has a particular interest in the ecclesiastical sector. She advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters and is also experienced at preparing and delivering training and seminars for clients on a range of employment issues.

Advising on disciplinary and grievance issues;
Advising on and negotiating settlement agreements;
Drafting and reviewing employment contract, consu;tancy agreements and staff handbooks;
Advising on consultancy arrangements;
Advising on redundancies and business reorganisations;
