Legal Counsel & Lawyer

Vildan Alparslan has been a lawyer at the Istanbul Bar Association since 2008 and works as a legal advisor at our law firm in Enschede. Vildan has a master’s degree (LLM) in Labor Law and Social Security Law.

She has worked for many years in an R&D company in Turkey and has specialized in European Union funding programs as well as providing legal consultancy services in international projects and cases. Vildan also specializes in corporate law, particularly in the areas of contract law, IT law, corporate law, labor law and intellectual property law.

For many years, she has worked at different levels including project leadership in projects and cases with international partners. At our law firm, she works on matters with an international dimension.
